About Pre-Ordered Items:
Pre-Orders are a great way for you to make sure that you get your collectible before it sells out and becomes difficult (and expensive) to buy!
If you Pre-Order now, you will almost always guarantee that you receive your collectible. On very rare occasions, a manufacturer will not have made enough Pre-Orders for their retailers. Should this happen, then you will be refunded all of your money as soon as we find out.
Sometimes the release date slips due to problems with the distributor or delays with the manufacturer. For example, an item may have a release date of November, but the manufacturer may have delays which pushes the release date into December or beyond. At times, items will be solicited that are not produced or change names. There is nothing we can do about this.
We will also keep you informed at all times to let you know if a manufacturer is running late in production, to let you know what their new release date is.
All pre-orders are final unless we cannot supply you with your collectible.

Pre-Order Charges:
When you order a Pre-Order item, you can choose to pay a (non-refundable) partial deposit of 33% or pay the full amount now.
To Pay a Deposit: We will charge you 33% of your total when you write "pre-order-4-me" at checkout in the coupon box. The full amount will be charged before we ship your collectible.
You will be charged the full amount for your "In Stock" collectibles.
We will refund your deposit if we cannot supply you with your collectible.

Shipping Rates in the U.S.:
In the Continental U.S., the base shipping rate is $7.00 for anything less than $30 and $1 more for each $20 spent after that.

Shipping Rates outside of the USA or Canada:
Please call or email to get an estimate beforehand. Your shipping will be charged after you have placed your order. We will not charge your card until you have approved the shipping charges. We charge exact rates to ship your country based on the USPS EMS scale.
Please choose "International outside of USA or Canada" when checking out. When you do this, your order will be submitted to us. Your total will NOT reflect shipping costs. We will calculate the cost of shipping to your exact country, and email you with a shipping quote. After you receive an email from us with your total, you need to approve / cancel the order within 72 hours.
Customs, Duties, Brokerage Fees, Taxes and other fees associated with importing products for International Orders will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note we do not have any control over the fees charged to you.

Shipping Policy:
All of our items are shipped through one of the following:
UPS, FedEx or Global Priority Mail.
All of these methods come with insurance and can be tracked online.
Generally, items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of placing an order, and will arrive within about one week of that (in the US or Canada.) Some items may be delayed due to backorder set-backs.
If an item arrives damaged, we ask that you save all packaging and call us immediately. We will only honor returns within 5 days of your receipt of item.
Every item is packaged with the utmost care in order to reach it's destination in the best condition possible!

When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, and then decoded when it gets to us. Return Policy:
Orders inside the USA: If for any reason you are not delighted with the order you receive, you are welcome to return most unused/unopened or defective items sold by GunsAndSwords.com within 5 days from the receipt of your shipment for a prompt refund or replacement. Policy details subject to change without notice.
Since GunsAndSwords.com deals with popular collectibles, some merchandise may sell out. If so, we may not be able to send a replacement and will give you a refund instead.
Products must be returned in their entirety in the original condition and packaging (items sent to you in mint condition must be returned in mint condition), in saleable condition, without missing parts.
Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the items and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping and processing charges. Your credit will appear AFTER GunsAndSwords.com receives and processes your returned item as long as the item meets all criteria stated in this return policy.
Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for any refund to appear on your statement.

*International Orders please note: We do not accept returns on Orders outside of the USA under any circumstances.

Verification: In order to ensure our customers’ safety, we perform identity verification on all first time customers.
This is done by asking the buyer’s bank to call the card owner to verify that the transaction is indeed valid.
This process may add 2-3 business days to the shipping process. This is done only once, and after that you orders will be placed as normal.
